This quick tool was made to easilly find the values for BLTCON0 & BLTCON1 when you need to blit something. It does NOT cover all blitter possibilities (line drawing is not covered).
Note that even if the DMA channel is off for a given input, there will always be a value in BLTxDAT. This is why this tool shows you noise to represent an unknown value for BPLxDAT
